Directions from the M25-J3 / M20-J1 / A20 intersection 1.
Leave the M25 at junction 3 / M20 at junction 1, proceed onto roundabout. 2. Off the roundabout take exit marked West Kingsdown (A20) / Brands Hatch. 3. You will come to a roundabout, continue straight across it along London Road 4. Continue along this road (which changes name to Gorse Hill) until you reach a second roundabout, continue over the roundabout following the road which bears slightly to the right.
5. As you go up Gorse Hill, take the first turning on the right to Eynsford (Eynsford Road).
6. As you reach the centre of Eynsford you will see signs for Eagle Heights and Lullignstone Villa, turn right into Riverside (opposite the church). Stay on this road which bears left and changes name to Lullingstone Lane, go under the viaduct and take the first right, this is our private access road.
