Eagle Heights is situated in Eynsford, Kent, overlooking the village itself with views over the Darent Valley.

We opened the centre in 1996, initially with around 30 birds. Our exciting displays and wonderful surroundings soon became popular and the centre rapidly expanded, now housing between 150 - 200 birds at any one time. We also have a newly built reptile house and now have various mammals on display, including meerkats, asian short clawed otters and a cheetah.

Facilities at the centre include a cafe, serving both hot and cold food. Indoor and outdoor aviaries, a large indoor lecture room, large flying arena, play area and shop.

We also have educational/teaching facilities including a classroom. The centre is fully accessible to the Disabled.

For those interested in our conservational work we also have a bird hospital, including our own anaesthetic machine and other medical facilities.

We also breed many birds and have an extensive range of incubation and rearing facilities.

Thank you for all your letters of appreciation, we have put a few below.

Dear Alan, Having just left Eagle Heights after my amazing Husky Experience, I wanted to write and thank you and Jonny for providing me with the opportunity to realise a long-held ambition. I always thoroughly enjoy my visits to Eagle Heights - Alaska will always have a special place in my heart - but more so now with the added bonus of seeing the huskies and Savannah (the Cheetah). I also enjoy seeing the snakes and Caiman crocodiles. Many thanks for an exhilarating day and for making my dream come true John Harold'

'We visited Eagle Heights on 1st September for the first time, and I have rarely seen a more professional presentation than that given by Emma. She is obviously very knowledgeable on her subject and kept old and young alike entertained. Many thanks and kind regards, Ray Wilson'

'Hi Eagle Heights, I have sent this email to you to say what a fantastic centre you have down there in Kent. I hope you are proud of what you have done, the way you treat the birds and all the animals with respect . I hope you realise what an influence you have made to people. George Barrell'
